Access to the website (hereinafter the "Site") implies the User's full acceptance of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") and the use of cookies (Article 6).

The User of this site (hereinafter referred to as "the User") is informed that, when browsing the Site, personal data concerning him/her is collected and processed by JELLYNOV and that he/she authorizes JELLYNOV to process the personal data he/she communicates on the Site.

The Policy applies to all pages hosted on the Site.

It does not apply to pages hosted by third parties with which JELLYNOV may be linked and whose privacy policies may differ. JELLYNOV cannot therefore be held responsible for the data processed by these sites.

When accessing the Site, JELLYNOV collects cookies. Cookies are small text files stored by the User's browser. Several cookies are collected for user authentication, user preferences and tracking the performance of any JELLYNOV marketing campaigns. The website has been developed and is hosted by Webnode AG, ID CH -, based in Badenerstrasse 47, 8004 Zurich, Switzerland.

The data collected and processed by the site are exclusively hosted and processed in Europe.

B. Obligations of the data controller

The data controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to pass it on to third parties without the user's consent, and to respect the purposes for which the data was collected.

Should the integrity, confidentiality or security of the user's personal data be compromised, the data controller undertakes to inform the user by any means necessary.


In accordance with Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of the RGPD, you have the right to access, rectify and limit the processing of your personal data. You also have a right of opposition, a right to portability of your data and a right to erasure within the limits of the Data Controller's legal obligations.

A. Description of the "cookie" files used by the site

A "cookie" is a small file (less than 4 Kb), stored by the site on the user's disk, containing information relating to the user's browsing habits. These files enable the site to process statistics and traffic information, facilitate navigation and improve the service for the user's comfort.

JELLYNOV collects several categories of cookies:
